Your sauce sounds yummy & yes, we’ve eaten quite a few spaghetti dinners with the squash. I know what you mean about it not absorbing the sauce but I kinda like that sort of “crispness” you get when you eat it. It’s a neat texture. I’ve also never baked the squash, just boiled it. I’ll have to try it next time! Keep these mouth-watering recipes & pictures coming…they’re awesome!!
