		<description><![CDATA[I wasn&#039;t crazy about basil until I started eating Vietnamese Pho regularly...now I love it in everything!  Your sauce sounds yummy &amp; yes, we&#039;ve eaten quite a few spaghetti dinners with the squash.  I know what you mean about it not absorbing the sauce but I kinda like that sort of &quot;crispness&quot; you get when you eat it.  It&#039;s a neat texture.  I&#039;ve also never baked the squash, just boiled it.  I&#039;ll have to try it next time!  Keep these mouth-watering recipes &amp; pictures coming...they&#039;re awesome!!]]></description>
